Even though the whiteboard in the gym says “No Crying” I cry every time I enter this gym, overwhelmed with inspiration and motivation.OK but on a serious note, I’ve been training at this gym for over half a year and it’s been a great experience. As a hobby marathoner, I wanted to make sure my strength training complemented my running goals, and Sean has bent over backwards to research and set up a customized plan for me. Over that time, Ive also had all sorts of setback - from an ankle injury to knee pain - and throughout all this I’ve been able to stay consistent with my weight training thanks to Sean’s diligence and care with adapting my workouts to accommodate whatever new injury I’ve given myself.I cried. He crew. We all crode.

Came here for a recce & free trial session. Immediately loved the cosy homely friendly vibes! No feeling like gym equipment all cluttered & cramped or that I can actually walk into something & hurt myself 😅 Loved the space for floor exercises & walking lunges. Will definitely recommend to neurodivergent friends looking for more privacy & safe spaces for strength training. Thank you, Nicole for a well structured, informative & fun trial session! Thank you to Kun for tahan-ing my long-winded phone call! Keep up the good & safe vibes, SAC Team! 💪🏽

I've been a member now for 2 weeks and used the gym most days.A fantastic place with friendly trainers, high standard of cleanliness and all the equipment you'll ever need.Whether a newbie who needs guidance, or a free weight veteran.... Storm offers a wide range of packages to suit the individual.I personally had a different scenario to most... I needed flexability and 24/7 access.After a short conversation and a tour round; I was more than happy to join on the spot.Great gym..... love training here!!

Coach Sam is incredible. I have been training with him for 2 months now and just last week my work pants were noticeable looser around the waist and thighs, there is excellent progress and I am very happy. I was initially worried about training with a PT because I wasn’t interested in getting involved with protein powder culture but coach Sam encouraged me to go for natural sources of protein and advising me what kind of meat to go for. Because I am middle class, he understands my budget constraints food wise and gives me the best promos and deals on where I may find the best meat deals. I will continue training with him because he’s not one of those PT who gives eye power during my reps. He physically holds the bar to help support me so I don’t injure myself. If there’s an exercise I’m unable to pull off, he immediately substitutes it for an alternative exercise that targets the same muscles. He knows his stuff. If you’re interested in what to expect from a PT, just drop by and have a chat with him.

Sam is an excellent trainer. He used his 7-8 years of PT knowledge to help me in my fitness goals. Within my 3rd week with him, there was already noticeable weight loss and toning. When I ask him questions, he gives the answer with great reasoning based on his personal experiences with clients. When there are certain exercises that I am unable to physically do, he creates alternative exercises to target the same muscles but in a more manageable capacity for my body. He ensures that the time we spent together is also worth my money and watches my every movement with extreme care and caution. He also goes above and beyond to check in with me throughout the week although most PTs won’t. This guy is the real deal, and I personally would follow him for years to come because there is fitness longevity under his advice, supervision and aid. Try a trial session with him and you’ll see what I mean.

Superb place to fulfil your workouts with a peace of mind! Great space with variety of gym equipments to work both upper & lower body. They also have a dedicated space for you to do your boxing/wrestling and there’s also a space for u to do sled push. The best part is the flexibility of the gym, come anytime and blast your favourite playlist and get pumping! Fear not, trainers there are very friendly and knowledgeable on every aspect especially trainer Kun! JOIN NOW!!!!!

Have been doing PT at Storm for more than a year & it’s been great! The gym is well equipped to begin with & still regularly upgraded with new stuff. The environment is comfortable, and the community feels friendly and respectful. Kun is a fab coach. He has his clients interests at heart, is very real, very motivating, and always accommodating of my unpredictable schedule. Happy to have found Storm & I’d recommend it to anyone looking to start working out.

Been doing PT here for 2 years with Coach Kun. Continue to see results even though I am already in my 60s.Well equipped gym with good trainers who are experienced. Facilities and equipment are kept clean. Highly recommended 👌

Joined the Ladies Lifting Course led by Coach Kun. Learnt theory and also the proper techniques to be confident to recreate workouts in the gym! Coach Kun is extremely patient, helpful and approachable. Highly recommend for anyone that feels awkward in a gym setting. Thank you for the course!Also an extremely important point — Storm Athletic Club is clean and smells fresh.
