Meet Coach Delwyn, he is obsessed with helping you lift smarter.

With a sharp eye for technique and a deep understanding of biomechanics, Delwyn specialises in teaching clients how to optimise every rep, maximise strength potential, and build real muscle through efficient, effective training. Blending powerlifting fundamentals with hypertrophy training, Delwyn started his journey in 2022 and clocked a 40kg deadlift progression in just 3 months!

A lifelong athlete turned hypertrophy specialist, Eugene’s coaching is all about creating long-term habits through confidence, structure, and smart training. His philosophy? Consistency is key — but fun is the master key, in and out of the gym.

Coach Tai is all about building no-nonsense, effective routines for real people with real schedules.

Having once battled obesity and eating disorders, Tai knows firsthand how powerful fitness can be — not just for the body, but for purpose and self-worth. 

From Muay Thai and boxing to weight training and long hikes through Thomson Nature Park, Tai brings decades of athletic experience and a passion for movement.
